参芪扶正注射液对宫颈癌术后放疗患者免疫功能影响

目的观察参芪扶正注射液对宫颈癌术后放疗患者的细胞免疫功能变化。方法82例宫颈癌术后放疗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组41例采用6-15MVX射线体外放射治疗．采用体外全盆腔照射。5次／周，2GY／次，盆腔平面中心剂量48GY／24次，5周完成。治疗组在放疗同时予参芪扶正注射液250mL，静脉滴注，1次／日，至放疗结束。结果治疗组放疗后CIM、CD8、CD4／CD8比值及NK细胞活性高于放疗前。对照组低于放疗前水平。结论参芪扶正注射液对宫颈癌术后放疗患者能提高免疫功能，减轻放疗副反应，有一定临床应用价值。

Shenqi fuzheng injection combined with post-operative radiotherapy for cervical cancer

OBJECTIVE To evaluate cytoimmunity function of Shengqi Fuzheng Injection combined with post- operative radiotherapy for cervical cancer. METHODS Eighty-two patients with post- operative radiotherapy for cervical cancer divided into therapy and control groups. Forty-one patients in the control group received adjuvant pelvic radiotherapy. The total doses was 48GY/Sweeks, 2.0GY per fraction. The others in the therapy group were given Shengqi Fuzheng Injection combined with radiotherapy. RESULTS The cytoimmunity function in the therapy group was improved （P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Shengqi Fuzheng Injection combined with post-operative radiotherapy for cervical cancer can enhance the cytoimmunity function of the patients.
