| 摘 要： | 目的调查了解不同年龄大学生对捐精的知识、态度、行为现况及其精液质量状况，为在该人群中开展有针对性的供精志愿者的招募工作提供初步参考依据。方法对不同年龄大学生发放《捐精行为调查问卷》并作精液质量分析。结果回收有效问卷267份，采集精液样本82份。问卷调查结果显示年龄低于22岁，尤其是20～21岁组对捐精行为及精子库的认知、心理承受能力与〉122岁组差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；精液质量分析表明20—21岁与≥22岁组的精液参数差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论针对当前国内精源短缺的困难，建议相关职能部门适当放宽对捐精者年龄的限制。
