| 摘 要： | 代谢型谷氨酸受体(metabotropic glutamate receptors,mGluRs)是一类与G蛋白耦联的谷氨酸受体,在外周和脊髓参与伤害性信号的处理,并通过不同的细胞内信号转导机制,调节各种激酶、受体和离子通道的磷酸化以及转录因子的激活,是治疗疼痛的重要靶位.
