| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同实习阶段本科护生的主要压力源,为实习和教学管理提供依据。方法：采用问卷调查法,对临床实习不同阶段的护生的压力源进行调查。结果：护生在不同的实习阶段有不同的压力源。实习初期压力源以工作性质与内容及知识技能需求压力为主,实习末期以考试和就业的压力显著。结论：应在实习的不同阶段采取针对性的措施缓解实习护生的压力,提高临床教学效果。
