| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨软组织填充的新材料和新方法。方法：应用无细胞真皮基质进行面部凹陷及轮廓畸形的填充整复。结果：临床治疗15例，进行鼻部、颞部、颊部、唇颊沟及颏部填充，经6-20个月随访，移植物稳定，质柔软，形态自然，其中3例见少量吸收，经再次手术后矫正。结论：无细胞真皮基质是比较理想的软组织填充材料。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate a new method and a new m aterial for soft tissue augmentatio n.Methods:To use acellular dermal matrix for correction of face defects and contour deformities.Results:15cases were treated by this method o n the noes,temple,cheek,cheek -labial groove for augmentati on.After a 6-20months following -up,the results were stable and satisfing with just 3cases of a little of absorption.Conclusion:Acellular dermal matrix is a ideal graft material for soft tissue augment ation. |
