368例泌尿生殖道支原体感染及药敏结果分析

摘    要:目的了解解脲支原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)的耐药状况,指导临床合理用药。方法对368例泌尿系感染患者进行支原体培养,并对阳性标本进行10种抗生素药敏实验。采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒进行检测。结果368例患者中支原体阳性232例,感染率为63.0%,UU、MH及UU MH混合感染的阳性率分别为50.5%、1.6%和10.9%。UU单项感染显著高于MH感染和UU MH混合感染(P<0.01);UU女性感染率明显高于男性(P<0.01)。药敏结果显示,以交沙霉素和强力霉素敏感性最强(89.8%,89.3%),其次为克拉霉素(69.9%),而对环丙沙星、可乐必妥和红霉素敏感性较差。结论对有临床症状患者进行支原体培养、鉴定和药敏试验,选择敏感药物治疗,对控制支原体的传播和蔓延尤为重要。

Abstract:Objective To achieve a rational clinical use of medicines through exploring the drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and Mycoplasma hominis (MH). Methods Mycoplasma was cultured in 368 patients with genitourinary tract infection symptoms and signs, and antibiotics susceptibility tests of 10 different antibiotics were tested in 10 selected positive samples. The assay was made with integrated reagent box cultivation, identification and susceptibility tests. Result Among all the cases, 232 mycoplasma positive cases were verified with a 63.0% infection rate, the positive rates of UU, MH and UU plus MH infection were 50.5%, 1.6% and 10.9% respectively. Simple UU infection rate was significantly higher than that of simple MH infection or mixed infection of UU plus MH (P<0.01). Female UU infection rate was obviously higher than the males. The results of drug susceptibility test demonstrated that jiosamysin and deoxycycline had the highest susceptibility (89.8%, 89.3%), clarithromycin being the second (69.9%), and the susceptibilities of ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and erythromycin were low. Conclusions It is important to perform mycoplasma culture, identification and susceptibility test in proper selection of sensitive medication and to prevent mycoplasma from spread.
