孕激素受体与子宫内膜异位症的关系

摘    要:目的探讨孕激素受体(PR)与子宫内膜异位症(内异症)的关系。方法采集内异症患者(内异症组)和宫颈上皮内瘤变患者(对照组)的子宫内膜为在位内膜,并种植于裸鼠腹腔为内异症组和对照组的异位内膜。采用Western印迹杂交方法检测PRA与PRB蛋白表达情况并进行比较分析。结果内异症组和对照组的在位和异位内膜PRA蛋白均呈阳性表达;内异症组的在位和异位内膜PRB蛋白呈阴性表达,而对照组在位和异位内膜PRB蛋白呈阳性表达。对照组与内异症组的在位和异位内膜的PRA蛋白相对表达量间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PRB蛋白相对表达量间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论内异症患者在位内膜和异位内膜PRB的阴性表达可能与内异症有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the progesterone receptor(PR)and endometriosis.Methods Eutopic endometria were obtained from the operated patients with endometriosis(endometriosis group)and the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(control group).Some endometria were transplanted into the peritoneal cavity of nude mice respectively in the correspondent endometriosis and control group as the ectopic endometria.The expressions of PRA and PRB were examined by Western blotting,and the results were compared.Results PRA was detected positively in all eutopic endometria in both endometriosis and control groups.The level was lower in the endometriosis group than in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);PRB was expressed negatively in eutopic endometrium of the endometriosis group but positively in that of the control group.The level was lower significantly in the endometriosis than in the control(P<0.01).Conclusion The absence of PRB in both eutopic and ectopic endometria in patients with endometriosis may be associated with endometriosis.
