摘    要:目的 :探讨云南省各民族头发中常量元素及微量元素含量与老年人的年龄关系以及各种元素在体内的相互关系。方法 :从 60岁以上老人中随机取发样 ,采用等离子体发射光谱法检测头发中 Ca、Mn、Zn、Cu、Al、Sr的含量 ,建立直线方程和多元线性回归方程 ,据此对各元素进行逆估计求出各元素的上限值。结果 :6种元素与年龄均呈负相关 ,发钙与发锰、锌、铜、铝、锶等元素间存在着明显的正相关关系。结论 :直线方程可以随年龄估计老年人发铜、锶及锌 /铜比值以及通过方程来了解他们之间的平衡关系

Abstract:Objective:To investigate interrelations between the contents of macroelement and trace element and the age and interrelations between macroelement and trace element in the body.Methods:The hairs were tested for content element Ca?Mn?Zn?Cu?Al?Si,which come from the ages over 60 years,in plasma emission spectrum,then found the linear regression equation and multivariate regression equation and make use of the equations to contrary estimation those elements content.Then the superior limit value of those elements was calculated.Results:Those elements are interrelated the age.The hair calcium is obviously positive correlation between the hair manganese,hair zinc,hair copper,hair aluminium,and hair strontium.Conclusion:The linear regression equation can estimate the aged hair copper,hair strontium and hair zinc copper ratio in pace with age.And make use of the equation to understand balance relation of that element.
