| 摘 要： | 作者对50例胃癌间质及癌旁组织进行观察,与30例胃溃疡、20例胃炎对照。结果表明,胃癌间质内肥大细胞不增多,癌旁组织明显增多,两者结合一起观察较为全面。胃癌肥大细胞数明显高于轻度胃炎(P<0.05)。胃癌淋巴细胞浸润多、淋巴结无转移、癌组织浸润浅、术后存活5年以上的,肥大细胞数明显增多。观察肿瘤肥大细胞反应程度对估价预后有一定实用价值。

| Abstract: | This article observed the stroma of gastric carcinoma and the tissue beside the carcinoma in 50 patients and compared them with those in 30 cases of gastric ulcer and 20 cases of gastritis.The result showed that mastocyte in the tissue beside carcinoma was increased but not the stroma of gastric carcinoma; so both of them must be carefully observed.The number of mastocyte in gastric carcinoma distinctly larger than that in gastritis (P<0.05).In the group of gastric carcinoma with increased infiltration, lymphadon without transfer, shallow infiltration of carcinoma tissue, more than five years of postoperative sarvival, ma. st ocyle was significantly increased.It is valuahle to obserse the resrtive degree of mastocyte in evaluating the prognosis of eareinoma. |
