| 摘 要： | 对临床生物样本信息共享的意义和信息共享服务平台建设的可行性进行分析，为上海市临床生物样本信息共享服务平台的建设与发展提供理论依据。运用态势分析法，对上海临床生物样本信息共享服务平台建设的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行分析。上海临床生物样本信息共享服务平台建设具备多项优势与机遇，同时也面临一定的劣势与威胁，其建设符合卫生发展需要、也具备一定的政策环境和设施技术条件。

| Abstract: | Analysis the meaning of the share of clinical biological samples information and the construction feasibility of information sharing platform, to provide theoretical base for the construction of Shanghai clinical biological samples information platform. Analysis the strengths, weakness, opportunities, threats with the methods of Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat analysis. There are many strengths and opportunities for the construction of clinical biological samples information platform,and it also face some weakness and threats. The construction of Shanghai clinical biological samples information platform meets the need of health care development, and at the same time, posses a certain environmental and conditional techinical facilities. |
