原发性肾小球肾炎患者细胞表面CD44和CD62P的流式细胞计量

目的：研究原发性肾小球病变患者外周血细胞表面糖蛋白（CD44）和粘附分子P选择素（CD62P）的表达及其与病理学的关系。方法：采用流式细胞计量术对96例原发性肾小球肾炎患者外周血CD44和CD62P进行了检测分析，以30例正常献血员作为对照，同时比较不同组织学类型的变化。结果；原发性肾小球肾炎患者CD44和CD62P表达均较正常组显著增高（P〈0．01），其中尿毒症CD44阳性细胞数增高极为显著，IgA肾病CD44和CD62P表达均较其他肾脏疾病降低（P〈0．05），CD44和CD62P表达呈正相关（P〈0．05），但CD44和CD62P的表达与肾病病理类型无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论；原发性肾小球病变患者外周血CD44和CD62P表达明显增高，但与肾病病理礁型无相关性．

Peripheral Blood CD44 and CD62P Detected by Flow-Cytometry in Primary Glomerular Nephritis

Objective:To investigate the expression and pathologic relation of adhesion molecule including glucoprotein(CD44) and P-selectin(CD62P) in primary glomerular nephritis.Methods:The expressions of peripheral blood of CD44 and CD62P in the patients were assessed by flow-cytometry,and 30 normal donors served as controls,and being compared with the different histopathological types.Results:The levels CD44 and CD62P in patients showed higher than those in control(P<0.01),CD44 in chronic renal failure group was especially high.Compared with other nephropathy groups,expressions of CD44 and CD62P in IgA nephropathy group were lower.Expressions of CD44 and CD62P in patients were correlated with each other(r=0.452,P<0.05).No difference in expression of CD44 and CD62P was observed in different histopathological types of glomerular nephritis(P>0.05).Conclusion:Expressions of CD44 and CD62P in glomerular nephritis are obviously abnormal,and no difference in expression of CD44 and CD62P in different histopathological types of glomerular nephritis.
