| 摘 要： | 本文报道了8例新生儿溶血病的不典型临床表现及其实验窒检查。其中ABO不合7例,Rh不合1例。不典型表现是黄疸均在生后48小时后出现,还可出现后期贫血、低钙性抽搐、迁延性黄疸、肝炎综合征等,对其机制进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The paper reported atypical manifestations and laboratory findings of 8 cases of hemolytic disease in the newborn, including 7 cases of ABO blood group incompatibility and 1 case of Rh incompatibility. Atypical clinical manifestations were that clinical jaundice become apparent in 48 hours afterbirth, and the "late" anemia, seizure due to hypocalcemia, septicemia, hepatitis syndrome etc were appeared. The pathogenesis was discussed. |
