免疫球蛋白治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床研究

目的探讨免疫球蛋白治疗口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的临床效果。方法对30例口腔扁平苔藓患者在病损区进行黏膜下注射免疫球蛋白,对照组30例局部注射泼尼松龙,比较两种疗法的结果。观察免疫球蛋白治疗前、后T淋巴细胞亚群及血清中免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA的变化。并对其中5例检查治疗前后病变区CD4、CD8的改变。结果随访0.5~1.0年,免疫球蛋白组总有效率为93.33%,泼尼松龙组的总有效率为70·00%。结论免疫球蛋白局部注射治疗OLP疗效优于泼尼松龙。

Study of effects of immunoglobulin on oral lichen planus

Objective To explore the effect of immunoglobulin on oral lichen planus(OLP). Methods 30 patients in one group were injected with immunoglobulin in the pathological area and those in the other group with prednisolone. Among patients treated with immunoglobulin,the change of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subgroup and the total concentrations of IgG, IgM, IgA were examined before and after treatment respectively. Results Having followed up from 0.5 to 1.0 year, the total effective rate in immunoglobulin group was 93.33%, while that in the other group was 70%. Conclusion Immunoglobulin used for OLP is effective.
