| 摘 要： | 本文总结了临床确诊为原发性扩张型心肌病患者共３３例，以左室扩大为主者１０例，左、右心室均扩大者２３例，对照组１５例，均经核素心室造影检查。结果表明，两组患者的左、右心室收缩和舒张功能均较对照组明显降低，双心室扩大组的收缩功能降低较左室扩大组更明显，两者有显著差异，舒张功能亦均下降，但两组无明显差异。这说明原发性扩张型心肌病的心功能损害累及收缩和舒张的全过程，以收缩功能损害更为严重。

| Abstract: | eft and right ventricular functions of 33 patients clinically diagnosed as idiopathic congestive cardiomyopathy (DCM) and 15 controls(DO)were evaluated by equilibrium radionuclide angiography ( ERNA), among the patients 10 cases with dilated left ventricle (D1), 23with dilated right and left ventricles (D2). The systolic and diastolic parameters of left and right ventricular functions of D1 and D2 decreased significantly vs. DO(p <0.05-0. 001 ). The left and right systolic functions of D2 decreased significantly vs. D1 (p<0. 001). No significant change was found in diastolic functions between D1 and D2 (p>O. 05). It showed that both the systolic and diastolic functions of DCM were impaired ,while the systolic function was more affected. |
