煤尘瓦斯爆炸后幸存矿工生化指标和白细胞的变化分析

摘    要:目的:探讨瓦斯爆炸时生化指标的变化及对肝、肾、心肌损害的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析2005年"11.27"矿难幸存者40例,按急性一氧化碳中毒标准分为轻度,中度,和重度中毒3组,同时随机选取15例健康体检者为对照,测定CK、AST、LDH、α-HBDH、UA、Cr、Urea、ALT和WBC数值。结果:急性重度中毒患者CK、AST、LDH、α-HBDH、UA、Cr、Urea、ALT、WBC的变化与健康对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中度患者CK、AST、LDH、α-HBDH、UA与健康对照组相比差异有统计学意义,而轻度患者CK、LDH、α-HBDH、UA与健康对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)其他项目无统计学意义。结论:瓦斯爆炸气体中毒对心肌,肝,肾等器官均有不同程度的损害。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the gas explosion and the biochemical changes in liver,kidney and heart damage diagnosis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 2005 "11.27" mine survivors,40 cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning,according to the standard is divided into mild,moderate,and severe intoxication,while 15 cases were randomly selected as healthy controls,measured CK,AST,LDH,α-HBDH,UA,Cr,Urea,ALT,and WBC values,Results:Patients with acute severe poisoning CK,AST,LDH,α-HBDH,UA,Cr,Urea,ALT,WBC changes compared with the healthy control group The difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Patients with Moderate CK,AST,LDH,α-HBDH,UA,compared with the healthy control group significantly,but patients with mild CK,LDH,α-HBDH,UA compared with healthy control group,the difference was statistically significance(P <0.01)other items was not significant.Conclusion:Gas explosion of gas poisoning might have damages on the heart,liver and kidney in varying degrees.
