| 摘 要： | 目的观察东菱精纯克栓酶(DF-521)治疗爆震性耳聋的临床疗效。方法将59例爆震性耳聋患者随机分为DF-521组32例和对照组27例,分别用DF-521和常规药物治疗。观察两组治疗爆震性耳聋的临床有效率及DF-521组病程与临床疗效的关系。结果两组临床总有效率分别为84.38%和59.26%(P<0.05),DF-521组病程<7d者与病程>7d者疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论DF-521治疗爆震性耳聋疗效显著,临床强调早期用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of batroxobin(DF-521)in the treatment of explosion hearing loss.Methods The 59 cases suffering from explosion hearing loss were divided into two groups randomly: DF-521 group(32 cases) and controlled group(27 cases). They were treated with DF-521 and routine drug respectively.The total clinical effective rate of the two groups, as well as the relationship between the course of disease and clinical effect were observed.Results The total effective rate of two groups were 84.38% and 59.26% respectively(P<0.05). In DF-521 group, there was significant difference in the effective rate between the patients whose course less than 7 days and those more than 7 days(P<0.05). Conclusion DF-521 has significant curative effect in treating explosion hearing loss. Using it earlier is emphasised in clinical treatment. |
