| 摘 要： | 目的:研究桩蛋白(Paxillin)和组织蛋白酶D(CathepsinD,简称CathD)在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色检测72例大肠癌组织中Paxillin和CathD的情况,探讨两种蛋白与大肠癌组织学分类、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期的关系。结果:1)大肠癌组织中Paxillin和CathD的阳性率分别为76.4%和68.1%。2)腺管腺癌组、穿透肌层组和B、C期组病例的Paxillin和CathD的阳性表达率分别明显高于分泌粘液的腺癌组、未穿透肌层组和Dukes分期的A期组(P<0.05)。结论:大肠癌Paxillin和CathD蛋白的表达,促进了肿瘤的浸润和发展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the Expression and Significance of Paxillin and Cathepsin D in Carcinoma of Large Intestine.Method The expression of paxillin and Cath D was examined72cases of carcinoma.Result:1.The positive rate of paxillin and Cath D was76.4%and68.1%.2.The expressive rate of paxillin was higher significantly in the group of grandular carci-noma,of infiltration within muscular layer,of stage B and C than that in the group of carcinoma secreting mucus,of infiltrating out of muscular layer,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ex-pression of Paxillin and Cath D promotes the infiltration and development of carcinoma in large intestine. |
