非专业救护员心肺复苏测试初探

目的研究心肺复苏术在景区旅游从业人员中培训后的效果，探索提高其掌握CPR知识和技能的方法。方法对景区四年中培训的157名非专业救护员进行CPR理论知识试卷测试。结果复训者对CPR知识的掌握程度优于初训者。结论对非专业救护员CPR知识与技能的培训需要不断进行定期复训是提高急救意识、掌握CPR知识和技能的好办法，对普及急救医学知识与技能和提高院前急救成功率，挽救生命有着重要意义。

CPR test outcome of non-specialized first aiders

Aim To study the effect of training of CPR knowledge among staffs working on tourism, and to explore and improve their skills. Methods Paper examination on CPR theoretical knowledge were taken by 157 non-specialized first aider who have been trained in recent four years. Result Second-time trainees have better understanding of CPR knowledge than first-time trainees. Conclusion It bears great significance in improving the first aid awareness, commanding CPR knowledge and skills, popularizing first aid service, increasing the proportion of successful rescue effort prior to hospitalization and saving lives by conducting follow-up training timely on CPR knowledge and skills among non-specialized first aider.
