| 摘 要： | 结脾性代食管的价值已被众多学者肯定,但因该手术操作技术复杂,术后并发症发生率高,一旦发生移植结肠段坏死,死亡率极高,故此手术未能广泛开展。近年来,众多文献报经手术的革新,其并发症和死亡大大下降。因此,对结肠代食管术的适应证、手术技术、并发症的防治以及术后生活质量的新近认识进行了综述。

| Abstract: | The value of esophageal replacement with colon(ERC) was confirmed by most authors. Because of the complicated surgical technique, the high incidence of postoperative complications and high mortality due to colonic necrosis, this operation has not been widely developed. Recently, many articles reported some modified techniques of ERC with the incidence of complications and mortality greatly decreased. This article reviews the progress of the indication of the operation, surgical technique, management of complications and postoperative quality of life in ERC. |
