测量脉搏血氧饱和度预测骨筋膜室综合征的研究

目的四肢骨折后进行脉搏血氧饱和度监测,判断创伤后远端肢体的血供情况,预测骨筋膜室综合征的发生。方法通过对129例四肢骨折患者,采用血氧饱和度仪动态监测肢端血氧饱和度(SpO2)来反映肢端的血供,对骨筋膜室综合征作出判断和预测及处理。结果3例小夹板过紧引起远端血供差;1例股骨骨折并股动脉栓塞;2例并发早期骨筋膜室综合征行手术减压,2例预后较好,1例预后差。结论四肢骨折后临床应用血氧饱和度仪动态监测肢端SpO2方法简便直观,可作为一个粗略、间接指标来对肢体是否出现血液供应不足,并发骨筋膜室综合征早期作出初步诊断。对治疗有一定的指导作用,尤其对临床观察有极大的帮助。
