多囊性肾瘤的诊治探讨

目的 探讨多囊性肾瘤的临床病理特征。方法 对1例多囊性肾瘤进行CT、大体、光镜观察并复习相关文献。讨论该瘤的临床病理形态特点，诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗方法。结果 该瘤界限清楚。具有纤维假包膜，由多个互不相通的含有液体的囊腔组成为特点，囊壁内衬扁平、立方或鞋钉样上皮细胞，间隔为成熟的纤维组织，术前难与其它囊性病变相鉴别。随访6个月病人健康生存。结论 多囊性肾瘤是一种少见的，具有独特临床病理特征的肾脏良性肿瘤。具有较高手术治愈率，根据组织学特点结合影像学改变可以做出明确诊断。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Multicystic Nephroma

Objective To study the clinicopathological features of multicystic nephroma. Methods The clinical, pathological characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of a case of multicystic nephroma was presented and discussed by CT, Grossly, light microscopy with review of the literature. Results The gross finding are a solitary, well-circumscribed, multiseptated mass of noncommunicating fluid-filled loculi, surrounded by a thick fibrous capsule. Histological examination presented the cysts were lined by flattened, cuboidal, or hobnail epithelium, the septa consist of mature fibrous tissue, which may contain well-differentiated renal tubules. Multicystic nephroma and other multilocular cystic renal tumor can not be distinguished before preoperative therapy. The clinical follow-up the patient was alive healthily for 6 months. Conclusions Multicystic nephroma is a rare benign renal tumor with unique clinical pathological characteristic, with an excellent prognosis after complete surgical removal of the tumor. The diagnosis can be made after evaluation of clinical charaterastics, histological features and radiologic manifestations.
