血清单核细胞趋化因子-1、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系

摘    要:目的:通过检测健康对照组及冠心病人群血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、ApoA1及单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)水平,探讨冠心病患者HDL-C、ApoA1、MCP-1水平与冠脉病变严重程度的关系。方法:2007年10月~2009年8月于本科行冠脉造影或冠脉CT患者195例,入院前均未行调脂治疗。按冠脉造影或冠脉CT结果分为健康对照组45例,冠心病患者150例,其中急性冠脉综合征109例。入院当时检测血清脂因子、FIB、单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果:Spearman相关分析显示的MCP-1增高,HDL-C、ApoA1降低与冠脉病变严重程度具有明显相关性。结论:冠心病患者血清炎症因子MCP-1升高,并且与冠脉严重程度呈正相关;HDL-C、ApoA1水平与冠脉严重程度负相关。表明对冠心病患者进行上述指标检测有助于判断患者预后,指导治疗。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate serum high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and normal coronary angiograms(no-CHD group) and their correlations with the severity and extent of CHD.Methods:195 pateins from October 2007 to August 2008 were divided into two groups according to coronary artery angiography(CAG),150 cases with CHD and 45 cases with normal coronary angiograms(no-CHD group),109 patients with ACS among them.Serum HDL-C and MCP-1 levels were measured at once coming into the hospital.Results:Serum HDL-C were significantly lower in the CHD groups than in no-CHD groups.In patients with CHD,the Gensini score correlated inversely with serum HDL-C levels.Serum MCP-1 levels were positively correlated with the Gensini score.Conclusion:The results indicate that HDL-C and MCP-1 may be useful markers of the severity of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with CHD.
