| 摘 要： | 炎症性肠病病因未明，无特效治疗方法。近20年来有人用高压氧治疗炎症性肠病并取得显著疗效。其主要治疗机理是(1)纠正缺氧；(2)减轻炎症；(3)抑制免疫；(4)清除氧自由基；(5)增强抗生素的作用。

| Abstract: | The etiology of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) has not been well understood and thus there has been no specific treatment for it.In recent 20 years,some people used hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) to treat IBD and received obvious effect.The mechanisms of therapeutic action are correcting hypoxia,allieviating inflammation,inhibiting immune,clearing free radical and enhancing the effect of antibiotics. |
