摘 要: | 目的:探索木瓜的果实发育规律及其结构防御策略。方法:对不同发育时期的木瓜果实进行解剖观察,对果实中单宁进行组织化学定位。结果:木瓜果实的发育经历了2个阶段,开花至花后40~50 d为其细胞迅速分裂期,此后为细胞增大期。木瓜的果实由果托及果皮组成,其中果托从外向内依次为角质层、表皮细胞、单宁细胞层、含单宁的果托薄壁细胞、石细胞环带,它们对其内部的果皮及种子都有保护作用。近成熟果实中单宁主要分布在花托的薄壁细胞中,且由内向外含量增高,而果皮中含量甚低。结论:木瓜果实的发育及结构特点与其防御生物侵蚀有关。
