| 摘 要： | 目的:观察醒脑汤辅助治疗精神分裂症的疗效。方法:66例精神分裂症患者随机分为治疗组33例及对照组33例。治疗组在用常规抗精神分裂症西药的同时加用醒脑汤治疗,对照组只用常规抗精神分裂症西药治疗。结果:治疗组疗效较对照组高、副作用较对照组少,均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:醒脑汤辅助治疗精神分裂症可缩短疗程,提高疗效,减少毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect on schizophrenia treated with Restoring Consciousness Decoction adjunctively.Method:66 cases of schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into two groups.33 cases were in study group while 33 cases were in control group.The study group was treated with convcntional antipsychotic westem medicine and Restoring Consciousness Decoction additionally while the control group was trcated with only conventional antipsychotic western medicine.Result: The therapeutic effect of the study group is better than that of the control group and the side effect of the study group is less than that of the control group.There is very significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion : Schizophrenia treated with Restoring Consciousness Decoction adjunctively could shorten the course of treatment,increase the therapeutic effect and decrease the side effect. |
