| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨精灵口服液治疗男性不育症的作用机制和环节.方法：Wistar系大鼠40只,分正常组10只,用腺嘌呤灌胃法复制睾丸功能损害的大鼠肾阳虚模型30只,随机分模型组、治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组各10只.治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别灌胃精灵口服液3.6g/kg、1.8g/kg,观察大鼠睾丸和附睾精子的精核蛋白（RP）及精-组蛋白的构成比的变化.结果：精灵口服液可提高大鼠睾丸、附睾内精子精核蛋白和过渡型蛋白1（TP1）的含量,降低总组蛋白与精核蛋白（TH/RP＋TP1、TH/RP）的比值,改善大鼠睾丸、附睾内精子细胞的核蛋白构成.结论：精灵口服液能促进精核蛋白的生物合成,纠正蛋白-精核蛋白取代反应（HPRR）阻滞,给精子核以适当“包装”,使其在生理状态下具备生殖能力.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Jingling orally liquid in treating infertile male rats. Methods:Big rats with kidney-Yang deficiency and injured testicular function were made by stomach perfused adenine, and divided randomly into normal group, model group, treatment I group, treatment II group and Jingling orally liquid group. The variation of testicle, protamine and the constitutive ration of protamine-histone of big rats were observed. Results:Jingling orally liquid could increase the content of testicle, protamine and transition proteins 1 (TP1), and improve the constitution of protamine in germ cells. Conclusion:Jingling orally liquid can promote the biosynthesis of protamine, correct the block of HRRP, and provide a casting of sperm nucleus, thus get the reproductive ability. |
