我院开展药物警戒工作的模式与经验探讨

目的:评价我院开展药物警戒工作的模式与经验。方法:介绍我院开展药物警戒工作的流程与模式。结果:我院通过对"有效预警信号"的提取、分析和研究,采取充分发挥药事管理与治疗委员会的作用,加强药品不良反应(ADR)监测网络建设,完善并扩大ADR的监测范围,本着"可疑即报"的原则,对用药期间出现的医疗事件进行监测,定期进行ADR信息反馈,将药品说明书嵌入医师工作站,对医、护、药、患者加强药学教育等药物警戒措施,结果取得了一定成效。结论:我院通过开展药物警戒工作,重视早期发现新的、严重的ADR,提高了安全用药水平。
