| 摘 要： | 目的:提示临床重视阿莫西林钠舒巴坦钠致过敏的不良反应。方法:报道1例阿莫西林钠舒巴坦钠致过敏的病例,并结合用药过程分析可能的原因。结果:不良反应的发生与医务人员交接班、药物选择、医护沟通与患者健康教育等环节有关。结论:为确保用药安全,医务人员应重视有效沟通,病史询问、药品选择、交接班及健康教育等环节的安全策略。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To pay attention to allergic reaction induced by amoxicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in the clinic.METHODS:An allergic reaction case induced by amoxicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium was reported and analyzed according to the process of drug use.RESULTS:The occurrence of allergic reaction was associated with relief of a shift,medicine selection,communication between physician and nurse and health education for patients.CONCLUSION:Medical stuff should pay much more attention to the strategy of... |
