| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氯吡格雷治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的临床疗效,探讨其对血小板P选择素和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:100例ACS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用阿司匹林常规治疗,治疗组采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,治疗6个月后评价临床疗效。治疗前、后测定2组血清血小板P选择素和CRP水平。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为94.0%,显著高于对照组(76.0%),2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血小板P选择素和CRP水平显著降低,与治疗前和对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);血清P选择素与CRP水平呈显著正相关性(r=0.571,P=0.001)。结论:血小板P选择素和CRP在ACS发生和进展过程中发挥着重要的作用;氯吡格雷治疗ACS临床疗效好,可以抑制血小板活化和炎性反应达到抗血栓的目的。
