| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院药品使用情况与变化趋势及其影响因素,进一步提高我院合理用药水平。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2003-2010年销售金额排序列前20位药品的相关数据进行统计、分析。结果:在我院销售金额排序列前20位药品中,激素及相关药物构成比和金额比最高,分别占35.00%和67.20%;抗感染药构成比从35%降至15%,金额比从32%降至10%;用药频度排序列前3位的分别为喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类和大环内酯类;注射剂种类构成比总体呈下降趋势。结论:我院药品种类分布及变化趋势基本符合临床治疗需求。《抗感染药使用分级管理办法》等政策的制定对药品合理使用具有显著影响,用药知识宣教对促进医护人员合理用药有积极作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current situation, trend and influencing factors of drug use in our hospital, and to improve the level of rational drug use. METHODS:By retrospective method, the utilization of top 20 drugs in the list of consumption sum in our hospital during 2003-2010 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: Among top 20 drugs in the list of consumption sum, the hormones and related drugs occupied the highest proportion (35% and 67.20%) respectively.
