HPLC法测定头孢地尼分散片中头孢地尼的含量

目的:建立测定头孢地尼分散片中头孢地尼含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Phenomexex Luna-C18醋柱酸,流二动钠相溶为液00.2.45%mL四)甲,流基速氢为氧1化.0铵mL溶·m液(in-用1,磷检酸测调波节长为pH2至545n.5m),-乙进腈样量-甲为醇(209μ00L,:6柱0温:40为)(4每0℃1。00结0m果L:加头入孢地0.1尼m检ol·测L浓-1度乙在二胺40四～240μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.76%、100.11%、99.92%,RSD=0.26%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于该制剂中头孢地尼的定量分析。

Content Determination of Cefdinir in Cefdinir Dispersible Tablets by HPLC

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of cefdinir in Cefdinir dispersible tablet.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted.The Phenomexex Luna-C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of 0.25% tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide solution（pH adjusted to 5.5 using phosphoric acid）-acetonitrile-methanol（900：60：40,adding 0.4 mL of 0.1 mol·L-1 EDTA solution into 1 000 mL buffer solution） at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm,the injection volume was 20 μL and the column temperature was 40 ℃.RESULTS：The cefdinir had a good linear in the rang of 40～240 mg·mL-1（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 99.76%,100.11%,99.92% and RSD=0.26%（n=9）.CONCLUSION：Established method is simple and accurate.It can be applied for quantitative analysis of cefdinir in Cefdinir dispersible tablets.
