| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院临床药师干预骨科围术期患者抗菌药物预防性应用的效果。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2008年1-6月(干预前)和2010年1～6月(干预后)骨科住院患者归档病历资料进行统计、分析。结果:对围术期预防用抗菌药物进行干预后,抗菌药物的不合理应用率从86.00%降至31.00%,抗菌药物人均费用从296.32元降至89.56元。结论:临床药师干预骨科围术期预防用抗菌药物后,可显著提高围术期抗菌药物合理用药水平。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists intervening in perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in orthopedic department of our hospital. METHODS： By using retrospective method, medical records of inpatients in orthopedic department of our hospital during Jan.-Jun. 2008 （before intervention） and Jan.- Jun. 2010 （after intervention） were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： After intervention of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics, the rate of unreasonable drug use had reduced from 86.00% to 31.00%, and the average cost of antibiotics per capita had declined from 296.32 yuan to 89.56 3man. CONCLUSIONS： The rate of rational drug use increases significantly after clinical pharmacists intervene in perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in orthopedic department. |
