| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨药学服务对恶性肿瘤患者药物治疗安全性、依从性的影响。方法:随机将448例符合病例选择标准的患者分为试验组、对照组,各224例,均接受医护人员提供的医疗服务;试验组患者及其家属、相关医护人员同时接受临床药师提供的至少3个月药学服务。结果:试验组患者治疗依从性较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);出现严重不良反应的构成比较对照组低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:药学服务可以降低抗肿瘤药致严重不良反应的发生率,明显提高患者治疗依从性。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of pharmaceutical care on the safety of drug therapy and the compliance of patients with malignant tumor.
