| 摘 要： | 目的:测定头孢美唑的血、尿、病灶浓度,分析体内药动学规律,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:选择住院患者75例,其中呼吸系统疾病患者40例,外科手术患者35例,采用微生物法测定血药、尿药浓度,其中外科手术患者35例同时平行测定病灶浓度。结果:静脉滴注头孢美唑的体内动态规律,符合开放二室模型;清除率(CL)与肌酐清除率(Ccr)呈线性相关;病灶浓度较血药浓度平行后移2～3h并高于血药浓度的6～7倍,感染性病灶药物浓度高于非感染性病灶,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:头孢美唑分布较好,是外科感染的有效药物。头孢美唑在体内以原型从尿中排出,肾功能对其排泄有一定影响。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To determine cefmetazole (CMZ) concentration in the blood, urine and target focus and analyze pharmacokinetic regularity, and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic.
