| 摘 要： | 目的:评价南京地区医院质子泵抑制剂的应用情况。方法:采用回顾性方法,对南京地区22家医院2007-2009年质子泵抑制剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:该地区医院质子泵抑制剂的销售金额和DDDs持续增长。其中奥美拉唑始终占主导地位,新一代质子泵抑制剂泮托拉唑和埃索美拉唑销售金额及DDDs增长迅速。质子泵抑制剂的应用以国产药为主,占60%以上的市场份额。结论:该地区医院质子泵抑制剂应用广泛,同时需注意合理应用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the application of proton pump inhibitors (PPI) used in the hospital of Nanjing. METHODS:By using retrospective method, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC of PPI in 22 hospitals of Nanjing from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:The consumption sum and DDDs of PPIs increased continuously. Both DDDs and cost of omeprazole occupied the dominant place.
