| 摘 要： | 目的:观察西地那非联合贝前列素治疗先天性心脏病并肺动脉高压的疗效及安全性。方法:将62例符合条件的患者随机分成A、B、C组,分别给予西地那非、贝前列素、西地那非联合贝前列素,每组服药时间均为6个月。观察3组用药前、后6 min步行距离(6MWD)、平均肺动脉压(mPAP)及肺血管阻力(PVR)等指标变化,记录用药期间的不良反应。结果:C组6MWD增加较A、B组明显(P<0.05);A、C组mPAP、PVR较用药前明显下降(P<0.05),且C组下降更明显(P<0.05),B组变化不明显。各组间不良反应无明显差异,均未见严重不良反应。结论:西地那非联合贝前列素治疗先天性心脏病并肺动脉高压较2药单用更有效,且安全,值得推荐。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of sildenafil combined with beraprost in the treatment of congenital heart disease complicating with pulmonary artery hypertension.
