| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院外科围术期患者预防用抗菌药物情况。方法:对我院2010年289例外科患者抗菌药物专项点评病例资料进行回顾性总结分析,从抗菌药物品种选择、用药时机、疗程、联合用药、费用等指标进行分析比较。结果:所调查289例患者中,抗菌药物预防性应用率为98.96%(286例);累计用药349次,平均每例患者应用1.21次;术前0.5～2h给药者120例(41.96%);抗菌药物平均疗程为7.02d;共涉及10大类35种,第1、2代头孢菌素,头霉素在Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术中列前3位,应用频次列前3位的依次为头孢硫脒(61例/次)、头孢替唑(54例/次)、头孢美唑(36例/次);抗菌药物平均费用为1017.48元,占总住院费用的12.91%。结论:我院围术期患者预防用抗菌药物仍存在一定不规范性,需进一步采取相关措施加以干预。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in our hospital.
