| 摘 要： | 目的:系统评价银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效与安全性。方法:检索万方数据库、维普中文期刊全文数据库、中国知网等关于银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床随机对照试验(RCT),采用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6项RCT,合计577例患者。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组心绞痛症状改善总有效率优于对照组[OR=3.51,95%C(I2.29,5.39),P<0.00001],心电图有效率亦优于对照组[OR=1.84,95%CI(1.30,2.60),P=0.0006],2组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛症状改善明显,对心电图改善亦有一定效果。但由于纳入的研究数量少、质量低,该疗效评价结果尚需高质量大样本的随机双盲对照试验的验证。
