| 摘 要： | 目的:观察奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的68例上消化道出血患者随机分为2组,观察组(32例)应用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组(36例)单独使用奥美拉唑治疗,观察2组患者止血率、平均止血时间和48h内再出血率。结果:观察组48h止血率为90.6%(29/32),对照组48h止血率为77.8%(28/36),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者平均止血时间为(21.42±4.21)h,对照组患者平均止血时间为(28.16±5.62)h,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者48h内再出血率为3.13%,对照组为22.22%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血可以缩短止血时间,止血效果好。
