| 摘 要： | 低氧诱导因子-1（HIF-1）是目前发现的唯一一个高度特异性的,在缺氧状态下可发挥活性的核转录因子,是专一调节氧稳态的关键介质。其与人类众多缺血低氧性疾病有着密切联系,HIF-1在这些疾病中的作用机制已经成为研究的热点,该类研究将为今后缺血低氧性疾病的治疗提供新的靶点。

| Abstract: | Hypoxiainducible factor-1 （HIF-1）is a unique nuclear factor with high degree of specificity which can educe activity in hypoxic condition.It is the key mediator which modulates oxygen homeostasis exclusively.HIF-1 has close relationship with a lot of human disease which caused by ischemia and hypoxia.The more that is defined about the mechanism of HIF-1 and its role in hypoxic diseases may help identify HIF-1 or proteins downstream of HIF-1 as new targets for hypoxic diseases treatment. |
