摘    要:[目的]研究MMAC1在腺性膀胱炎和膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达,探讨其与肿瘤发生、发展的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化方法测定20例腺性膀胱炎和40例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中的MMAC1蛋白的表达,以10例正常膀胱黏膜作为对照。[结果]正常膀胱黏膜中MMAC1的阳性表达率高于腺性膀胱炎和膀胱移行细胞癌,MMAC1表达缺失与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、临床分期明显相关。[结论]MMAC1表达缺失可能与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展有关,检测MMAC1的表达将有助于评估膀胱移行细胞癌的恶性程度及预后。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the expression of mutated in multiple advanced cancer (MMAC1) in cystitis glandularis and bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC),and to investigate the relationship between the expression of MMAC1 and the occurrence and development of BTCC. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MMAC1 in 20 cases with cystitis glandularis and 40 cases with BTCC,and 10 cases with normal bladder mucosa tissue were used as control. Results The positive rate of MMAC1 expression was much higher in normal bladder mucosa tissues than those in cystitis glandularis or BTCC. The MMAC1 negative expression was significantly correlated with grading and clinical staging BTCC. Conclusion MMAC1 negative expression might be related to occurrence and development in BTCC. To detect MMAC1 expression will contribute to the evaluation of the malignancy and prognosis for BTCC.
