彩超与全数字化钼钯联检在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用价值

摘    要:目的 探讨彩超和全数字化钼靶联合应用在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用价值.方法 收集经术后病理检查确诊,TNM分期属I、II期的早期乳腺癌患者病历资料107例,采用回顾性对比分析,探讨彩超和全数字化钼钯联合应用在乳腺癌早期诊断中的价值.结果 单用彩超或钼靶的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),彩超和钼钯联合检查诊断符合率为77.8%,明显优于单用彩超或钼钯检查的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 乳腺彩超与钼靶联检可以提高乳腺癌的早期诊断率.

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of combined application of color Doppler uhrasonography and full field digital mammography in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 107 cases of TNM staging I, II period with early breast cancer were ex amined by postoperative pathological diagnosis. The color Doppler ultrasound and full field digital mammography combined value in the early diagnosis of breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results The differences of detection rate between color Doppler ultra sonography and full field digital mammography in the early diagnosis of breast cancer were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ), while the diagnosis coincidence rate of the joint inspection was 77.8%, which was significantly superior to use color Doppler ultrasonog raphy or full field digital mammography ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The combined inspection of full field digital mammography and color Doppler uhrasonography can improve the early diagnosis rate of breast cancer.
