生血宁的生殖毒理学试验研究Ⅲ——围产期毒性试验

目的观察生血宁围产期给药对成年小鼠及仔鼠的影响。方法将试验小鼠分为生血宁大、中、小剂量组和对照组,在雌性小鼠妊娠后第15天至分娩后21天连续给药灌胃给予生血宁,观察孕鼠围产期情况、产仔率及仔鼠的生理发育情况、神经反射功能、行为活动及生育能力。结果仔鼠情况良好,未见明显异常。结论生血宁对小鼠无围产期毒性作用。

The toxicological study of Shengxuening tablets Ⅲ:perinatal toxicity in mice

Objective To observe the effects of administration of Shengxuening tablets in perinatal period on neonatal mice and adult mice.Methods The animals were randomized into four groups,i.e.,the group administered at high dose,the group administered at the intermediate dose,the group administered at the low dose,and the control group.The test groups were intragastrically administered with Shengxuening tablets from the 15th day of pregnancy to the 21st day after labour,and conditions of pregnant mice in perinatal period and mouse birthrate,physiological development,nervous reflex,activity,and reproductive ability of the neonatal mice are observed.Results No obvious abnormality was observed in neonatal mice.Conclusion No obvious perinatal toxicity was observed in mouse administered with Shengxuening tablets.
