智脑胶囊对血管性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆及脑组织Ca2+含量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨智脑胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆及脑组织Ca2 含量的影响。方法:反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉(CCA)结合腹腔注射硝普钠降低血压制备血管性痴呆大鼠模型,检测大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织中Ca2 含量。结果:血管性痴呆模型组大鼠学习记忆明显障碍,脑组织中Ca2 浓度明显升高。与模型组相比,智脑胶囊3剂量组、尼莫地平组及脑复康组能够明显减少血管性痴呆模型大鼠脑组织中Ca2 含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。智脑胶囊高剂量与智脑胶囊低、中剂量组比较能明显降低模型大鼠脑组织Ca2 含量,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:智脑胶囊可改善实验性血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力,其机制与降低模型大鼠脑组织Ca2 含量有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhinao Capsule on behavior and the content of Ca(2 ) in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia.Methods:After intraperitoneal injection of low dose of sodium nitroprusside,animal models of vascular dementia were established by clamping common carotid arteries repeatedly.Their learning and memory ability and the content of Ca(2 ) in brain tissue of rats were detected.Results:The learning and memory ability had been reduced obviously in the model group of rats with vascular dementia,and the content of Ca(2 ) in brain tissue had been increased.Compared with model group,three kinds of Zhinao Capsule treated group,nimodipine treated group and piracetam treated group could significantly decrease the content of Ca(2 ) in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The content of Ca(2 ) in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia could decrease more in high dose of Zhinao capsule treated group than in other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Zhinao Capsule could improve the learning and memory in rats with vascular dementia,which may be related to decreasing the content of Ca(2 ) in brain tissue of rats.
