干扰素对呼吸道柯萨奇病毒感染的治疗研究

目的：探讨呼吸道柯萨奇病毒感染的临床特点及干扰素的治疗效果。方法：采用酶联免疫法检测柯萨奇病毒混合型IgM。干扰素组在常规治疗的基础上加用干扰素注射液。结果：上呼吸道感染组CV—IgM阳性率25．56％，肺炎组阳性率24．05％。CV—IgM阳性上感患儿：干扰素组热退时间低于对照组．有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。CV—IgM阳性肺炎患儿：干扰素组热退时间及治愈时间均低于对照组。有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：①柯萨奇病毒可引起小儿呼吸道感染，在上感中占25．56％，肺炎中占24．05％。②干扰素对呼吸道柯萨奇病毒感染治疗效果较好。

The Study of Effect of Interferon to Coxsackie Virus Infection on Respiratory Tract

Objective:To study clinic specialty of coxsackie virus infection on respiratory tract and the therapy effect of interferon.Methods:ELISA were uied to detection CV-IgM.Interferon grop: interferon injection were used in the basis of routine treatmeut.Results:The positive rate of CV-IgM is 25.56 in upper respiratory tract infection and 24.05 in pneumonia.The time of fever down was shorter in test group in upper respiratory tract infection.The time of fever down and the time of cure shorter in test group in pneumonia.There ware significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Coxsackie virus can cause the infection on respiratory tract.The therapy effect of interferon is good on coxsackie virus infection of respiratory tract.
