中医人才培养模式的几点思考

摘    要:我国古代中医师承教育注重对培养对象的严格考察,善于采用启发式教学和实践教学,以培养学生的认知能力和辨证思维。现代中医药院校教育在中医人才的培养方式、人才个体和群体培养目标以及中医思维的构成和培养方面做了大量工作。师承教育与现代中医教育的各有优缺点。综述了近年来该领域的研究现状,并在课程设置和教学管理等方面提出了建议。

Abstract:In ancient China master-apprentice mode of education of Chinese medicine attached great importance to strict observation and check-up of the learners. Inspiring method for teaching and practice was preferred to train learners' cognitive ability and dialectic thinking. Great work has been done nowadays in colleges and universities.of Chinese medicine in aspects of training mode, training objectives for both individual student and students as a whole. There are both advantages and disadvantages for master-apprentice education and modern education of Chinese medicine. Research status in this area is summarized and suggestions are made for curriculum setup and teaching administration.
