肿瘤坏死因子A-308基因型与重度慢性牙周炎的关系

目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子 (Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF) A - 30 8位点基因多态性与重度慢性牙周炎易感性的关系。方法 :分别选取新疆伊犁地区哈萨克族 4 5例重度慢性牙周炎 (CP)患者、85例牙周健康 (或仅轻度牙龈炎 )对照者 ,收集其颊粘膜拭子 ,采用 Chelex- 10 0法提取 DNA,采用多聚酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性(PCR- RFL P)方法对其进行基因型检测 ,分析 CP患者与对照者之间基因型的分布情况。结果:TNFA- 30 8基因型在新疆伊犁地区哈萨克族重度慢性牙周炎组以及健康对照组之间的分布差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 :TNFA- 30 8基因多态性与重度慢性牙周炎无关。

The relationship between tumor necrosis factor A-308 gene polymorphism and susceptibility of severe chronic periodontitis

Objective: To investigate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor A-308 gene polymorphism and susceptibility of severe chronic periodontitis in Kazak adults from YILI of Xinjiang. Methods: To obtanin buccal swabs from 45 adult patients with severe chronic periodontitis and 85 periodontal healthy adult controls in Kazak adults from YILI of Xinjiang. DNA was extracted from each sample using Chelex-100 method, then PCR-RFLP was performed to determine the TNFA-308 genotype. Data were analyzed by statistics software. Results: Examination of the TNFA-308 polymorphism in Kazak revealed an advantage of 1/1 genotype in all, but the advantage in the allele 1 frequency in patients with severe chronic periodontitis compared to referent subjects failed to reach significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: This study suggested that TNFA-308 genotype has no relationship with susceptibility of chronic periodontitis in Kazak adults from YILI of Xinjiang.
