| 摘 要： | 硝苯啶舌下含用治疗肠道激惹综合征38例(男11例,女27例;年龄36±10yr;病程5±4yr),并与29例服用谷维素治疗者对照(男8例,女21例;年龄35±11yr;病程5±4yr)。剂量:硝苯啶10mg,tid,谷维素20mg,tid;2组均以4wk为一个疗程。结果:硝苯啶组总有效率82％,谷维素组总有效率28％(P<0.05)。硝苯啶组对腹痛伴腹泻型疗效尤佳,副作用小,给药方便。

| Abstract: | In order to assess the effectiveness of nifedipine in the treatment of ir-ritable bowel syndromes (IBS), 67 patients with IBS were divided into two groups, of them 38 (M11, F27; age 36±10yr) were treated with nifedipine (10mg tid, sub-lingually ) and 29 (M8, F21; age 35±llyr) witfe oryzspol (26 mg tid, po) for course of 4 wk therapy. The total effectiveness rate was 82% and 28%: for the nifedipine group and the control group respectively (P<0.05). There was no change in the blood pressure and heart rate. It is suggested that nifedipine is convenient, effective and safe to be used in the treatment of IBS. |
