| 摘 要： | 目的 总结180例输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术(URSL)治疗输尿管结石的临床效果和操作体验。方法 分析180例输尿管结石行URSL的临床资料。结果 180例输尿管结石中，168例治疗成功，成功率为93．3％，并发症状发生率为8．7％。结论 URSL的疗效不断得到提高，可作为中下段输尿管结石的首选疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the clinical effects and operating experience of URSL for ureteral calculi. Methods: The date of 180 cases of URSL for ureteral calculi were analyzed. Results: The whole successful rate was 93.3%, and the complication rate was 8.7%. Conclusions: The therapeutic effects of URSL is improving continously. URSL should be the choice of treatment for the middle and lower ureteral calculi. |
