| 摘 要： | 目的探讨上消化道双源癌的特点，提高双源癌的术前诊断率。方法对消化道肿瘤进行上消化道造影和内镜检查，同时对消化道隆起病变取活检进行病理检查。结果5908例上消化道癌中，检出双源癌42例均为原发癌。结论上消化道双源癌可发生于任何部位，以食管中段一贲门双源癌较多见，内镜检查是提高其术前诊断率的重要手段。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the characteristic of two-originated cancers of upper gastrointestinal To improve the diagnosis rate of two-originated cancers. [Method] The cases we made by gastroscopy, X-ray and pathological examination. [Results] 42 patients were diagnosed primary esophageal of 5908 upper gastrointestinal tumor. [Conclusion] Upper gastrointestinal two-originated cancers can appeared anywhere, esophageal middle-cardia two- originated cancers were commonly seen. gastroscopy examination is an important method to improve diagnosis rate before surgical. |
